At Pomona Smoke N Vape (636 E Arrow Hwy, Pomona, CA 91767), keeping age-restricted products out of the hands of minors is a responsibility we take seriously. We verify age at every stage — before purchase, and again at delivery — and we will refuse any sale we cannot confirm is to a legal adult.

Under the federal Tobacco 21 law and California law, it is illegal to sell tobacco, nicotine, and vapor products to anyone under 21 years of age. This applies to all such products, with no exceptions. We comply fully with these requirements and with all applicable local regulations.

When you shop with us online, your age is verified before your order is accepted:

1. Age gateYou must confirm you are 21 or older to enter and browse the site.
2. Date of birth at checkoutYou'll be asked to provide your date of birth and billing details when you place an order.
3. Third-party verificationOrders are screened through an age-verification service that checks your information against public and commercial records. We may request a photo of a valid, government-issued ID if we cannot confirm your age electronically.
4. ApprovalYour order is only processed once your age is successfully verified. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.

In our Pomona store, we card every customer for age-restricted purchases. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required — no exceptions, and no sales to anyone who cannot or will not present valid ID. We may decline any sale at our discretion.

07 Failed Verification & Refused Orders

• Orders that cannot be age-verified will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
• Deliveries refused at the door for lack of valid 21+ ID are returned to us and handled under our Shipping and Returns policies.
• Providing false information or a fraudulent ID to obtain age-restricted products is illegal and may be reported to the authorities.

08 Zero Tolerance for Underage Sales

We have a strict no-sales-to-minors policy. Attempting to purchase on behalf of a minor (a "straw purchase") is prohibited and may be unlawful. We will refuse and report any attempt to circumvent our age-verification measures.

09 Marketing & Minors

Our products, promotions, and social media are intended for adults 21 and over only. We do not design, target, or direct any marketing toward minors, and we take reasonable steps to keep our content in front of a legal-age audience.
