Shipping Policy
How Pomona Smoke N Vape processes, packs, and ships your order — including the age-verification and legal rules that apply to every tobacco and vapor shipment.

Orders placed on our website ship from Pomona Smoke N Vape, 636 E Arrow Hwy, Pomona, CA 91767. Because we sell age-restricted products, every shipment follows federal and California law, including adult-signature delivery and the PACT Act. Please read the sections below before ordering.
02 Age & Adult Signature
You must be 21 or older to order. Every shipment is sent with Adult Signature Required — the carrier will verify a valid government-issued photo ID (21+) at delivery. No ID, no delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended.
03 PACT Act & State Restrictions
Vapor and tobacco shipments are regulated under the federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. As a result, we cannot ship certain products to certain states or jurisdictions that restrict or ban the mailing of vapor products, and some carriers will not carry them. If your state restricts a product in your cart, that item cannot be shipped and will be removed or refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped lawfully to your address.
04 Where We Ship
- We ship within the United States to addresses permitted under the PACT Act and applicable state law.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for age-restricted items (an adult signature at a physical address is required).
- Restricted states and products are determined at checkout; if an item can't ship to you, you'll be notified before payment or refunded after.
05 Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after age and payment verification clears. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During promotions or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
06 Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method. Typical options:

Transit times are estimates from the carrier and begin once the package ships, not when the order is placed. They are not guaranteed.
07 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.
08 Delivery Issues
Lost or stolen packages
We're not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. If your tracking shows delivered and you can't locate it, contact the carrier to open a claim; we'll help where we can.
Delays
Carrier delays due to weather, volume, or customs are outside our control. We can't refund shipping for carrier-caused delays, but we'll assist with claims.
Refused or failed age check
If a delivery is refused or fails the adult-signature check and is returned to us, the order is treated as a return and any refund is subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, less shipping.
09 Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur re-shipping costs. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped.
10 Local Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping? Choose Local Pickup at checkout and collect your order in-store at 636 E Arrow Hwy during opening hours. Bring your order confirmation and a valid 21+ photo ID. Orders are usually ready the same day.
11 International Shipping
At this time we do not ship internationally. We ship only within the United States, subject to the restrictions above.
